These terms apply to your use of SECvpn. Replace operator details before publishing.

Service

SECvpn provides a WireGuard-based VPN subscription service for Android. Availability, speed, locations, and node capacity may vary based on network conditions, maintenance, abuse controls, and infrastructure capacity.

Subscriptions

Android subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be subject to Google Play rules and your local law.

One-device policy

Each SECvpn mobile plan is limited to one active device unless a plan explicitly says otherwise. A second device may be rejected until the device is reset by support or through the admin panel.

Fair use and capacity

SECvpn is a shared VPN service. Speed targets are not dedicated guaranteed bandwidth. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access for abusive, excessive, harmful, or IP-reputation-damaging usage.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

No illegal use

You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your use of the service. SECvpn is not a tool for illegal activity, attacks, spam, or abuse.

Changes and termination

We may update the service, nodes, plans, limits, and policies. We may suspend or terminate access when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
