Account and data deletion
Delete your SECvpn account data
You can request account/data deletion from inside the SECvpn app or by contacting support.
In-app request
Open the SECvpn app, go to account/device status, and use the deletion request action if available in your build.
Email request
Email support@smsoft.cc from the account email or include your SECvpn username. Use subject:

What deletion does
- Revokes active mobile sessions where applicable.
- Disables or revokes active WireGuard client access.
- Marks the account for deletion or deletion processing.
- Removes or anonymizes data where operationally and legally possible.
What may be retained
Some operational, billing, security, backup, abuse-prevention, or legal records may be retained for a limited period where necessary. Backups may retain deleted data until backup rotation completes.
Device reset only
If you only need to move your subscription to a new phone, request a device reset instead of full account deletion.
