- Include your SECvpn username.
- Include your device type and Android version.
- Include the approximate time of the issue.
- Do not send private WireGuard keys.
For billing issues
- Manage subscriptions in Google Play first.
- Include your SECvpn username and subscription product if contacting support.
- Do not send full payment card details.
For abuse reports
- Include timestamps and observed IP addresses.
- Include logs or evidence if available.
- Do not include unrelated personal data.
