Acceptable Use Policy
SECvpn protects node IP reputation aggressively. Abusive usage may be blocked, rate limited, suspended, or terminated.
Prohibited activity
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or SMTP abuse.
- Using outbound SMTP ports or mail abuse patterns.
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, unauthorized probing, or network reconnaissance.
- DDoS, stress testing, booters, amplification, or attack traffic.
- Credential stuffing, phishing, brute force, account takeover, or bot activity.
- Malware, command-and-control, fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
- Open proxy resale, shared proxy abuse, or evasion activity that harms SECvpn infrastructure.
- Heavy torrent abuse or any activity that damages IP reputation, node stability, or other customers.
Controls
SECvpn may block outbound SMTP abuse ports, rate-limit suspicious activity, disable clients, rotate/revoke keys, or suspend accounts to protect service quality and IP reputation.
Reporting abuse
Send abuse reports to support@smsoft.cc with timestamps, IPs, logs, and a short description. Do not send sensitive private data unless necessary.
